This Privacy Policy governs the Dairy Khata: Farm Management mobile application (Google Play ID: com.almustafa.dairykhata) developed by Al-Mustafa Solutions, operating in Hasilpur, Punjab, Pakistan. The application is an offline-first agricultural and livestock management platform designed to help dairy farmers, dera owners, and milk collection centers record cattle breeding cycles, 3-session milking yields, 13 TS Fat/LR pricing, and customer khata accounting.
Local-First Data Storage & Zero Remote Profiling
Your farm's data belongs exclusively to you. All livestock dossiers, artificial insemination records, customer accounts, milking yields, and financial ledgers are stored locally on your device in an isolated, embedded SQLite database (al_mustafa_dairy.db).
Al-Mustafa Solutions does not operate centralized application servers that track, monitor, monetize, or harvest your personal business records. The application functions 100% offline without requiring internet access.
Permissions & Device Features Used
The application only requests device permissions that are strictly necessary to deliver operational features:
Used exclusively when the user captures and attaches animal photos to cattle profiles, scans customer passbook QR codes, or adds custom farm logos to printable PDF bills. Photos remain stored locally on device.
Used to post up to 3 daily shift reminders (Morning 10:30 AM, Noon 3:15 PM, Evening 8:00 PM) when the current milking session is about to end and no entries have been logged today. Notification checks execute locally via Android AlarmManager and SQLite; no push telemetry is sent to remote servers.
Required on Android 12+ solely to discover and connect to user-paired 58mm and 80mm ESC/POS portable thermal receipt printers. Location data is never collected or tracked.
Optional fingerprint or PIN app lock powered by official Android Biometric API. Verification occurs entirely within your device's hardware security enclave; raw biometric credentials are never accessible to our application.
Required to generate, export, and share printable A4 PDF bills, 31-day passbook grids, Excel-compatible CSV registers, and encrypted JSON database backup files via user-initiated intent dispatch (e.g. WhatsApp, Email, or Print Spooler).
Google Drive AppData Cloud Backup (OAuth2 Scope)
The application offers an optional cloud backup and multi-device restore engine powered directly by Google Drive API v3 (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.appdata):
- Sandboxed Isolation: Database snapshots and cattle images are saved exclusively within your personal, sandboxed Google Drive AppData folder.
- Invisible to Third Parties: This hidden folder is inaccessible to third-party apps and cannot be browsed publicly.
- Direct Connection: The app connects directly from your phone to Google APIs using OAuth2. Al-Mustafa Solutions maintains zero intermediary servers and cannot read, view, or alter your Google Drive data or credentials.
Advertising & In-App Purchases
Free-tier and trial accounts may see non-intrusive advertisements served through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). AdMob may utilize standard, non-personally identifiable diagnostic device identifiers in strict adherence to Google Play Developer policies and families policies.
Users can upgrade to the ad-free Premium subscription via official Google Play In-App Billing (com.android.vending.BILLING). All transactions are processed securely by Google Play.
Verified App Links & Digital Passbook QR Codes
Customer passbook printouts include verified Digital Asset Links (https://almustafasolutions.com/customer/{id}) authorized by our release keystore SHA-256 fingerprint.
When scanned on an Android device with Dairy Khata installed, the link opens directly in the local app. When accessed via web browser, the landing page serves a static verification slip without cookies, trackers, or marketing pixels.
User Data Control & Deletion Policy
In full compliance with Google Play User Data policies, users retain complete sovereignty to inspect, export, and delete all data:
Clearing app storage in Android Settings or uninstalling the app permanently purges all local SQLite databases (al_mustafa_dairy.db) and cached photos immediately.
You can delete your cloud backup anytime by going to Google Account → Third-party apps, selecting Dairy Khata: Farm Management, and choosing Delete all data that this app has stored in your Google Account.
